PK The DJ Terms and Conditions

1.Once we have agreed a date and price, the deposit that is required will be 20% of the total price to be Paid via Payment link we will send you

2. The remaining balance can be paid by Cash on the day of the event or can be paid in advance or on the day via Payment link for no extra cost!

3.Should you cancel within 21 days of your booking you will not receive your deposit back (45 days for weddings)

4.We need to be able to park as near as possible to the venue to unload and to park the car while we are in the building without cost to us

5.We will need access to the venue 1 hour before the event starts to set up (or 30 minutes if it’s the Mini Disco only package), so we are ready on time. Failing this we cannot guarantee that we will be ready to start at the time you have asked for and no compensation will be given

6.Early set-up will require an additional fee and please note we will not leave the equipment on its own

7.We will also need 45 minutes to pack away after the event, this depends on how far the car is parked from the venue (20 minutes for the Mini Disco Package)

8.For safe working practices we would always turn down any offer of assistance due to insurance constraints

9.Please note: lots of stairs or no/broken lift may result in extra charges or some equipment not being able to be brought in. You must inform us of any stairs or broken lifts before the event, failing to do so will result in no compensation on the day

10.Should there be a power cut at the premises, the full payment will still be payable as this is beyond our control

11.No violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour will be tolerated and the DJ reserves the right to terminate the disco at any time if any personal safety is under threat. The DJ does not take responsibility for ejecting any unwanted persons from any venue. The Client will be advised of any problems arising in this respect with any guests

12.The Client is also responsible for any damage to The DJ's equipment caused by any person at the event. The Client will be charged for the full cost of any repairs required. The Client will be advised of any damage as soon as it is caused

13.It is your responsibility to ensure that there are 2 working plug sockets within 3 meters of where you require the DJ to be set up. This distance must not go across the dance floor

14. We accept song requests on the night and will do our best to play as many as possible

15.In the unlikely event that there should be a problem during the disco and the music goes off, we will do everything we can to get it back up and running. In the unlikely event that this takes longer than 20 minutes compensation will be given if the problem was within the DJ's control.

16. For us to start on time, please have the tables ready and know where you want the DJ to set-up

17.Any delay in the start of an event that is not under the control of PK The DJ will not incur penalties or reduced fees and I will not automatically work past the agreed time

18. Due to lights being electric and subject to damage, they will always remain subject to change but they will be similar lights. (no discount will be given if a light fails or damaged on the night)

Full Package:

Mini Disco Package:

1.If you order this package and it is not loud enough for the room you are having the party in, we take no responsibility and no compensation will be offered as you chose this package and not the Full Package

2.We will need at least 1 medium table at the venue
